Pen / Coop Size Recommendation: For Quails and Seramas

Hello,

I am currently building more cages for some new pets I have gotten. They are in temporary cages right now so yeah. I need to build one for the California Valleys and Serama.

If the Serama is Class A and of Jerry S's line, can I have 4 per 3 foot by 3 foot by 3 foot cages?

For the same size cage, and I have 4 California Valleys?

I can make it slightly bigger, but I am moving in about 1 year and need to build something "portable".
