Penicillin dosage for turkey

We have a BBW with bumble foot. We were able to get some of the infection out but there is a lot. I'm going to start treating her with bactracillin G benzathine Penicillin G procaine and I need to know what the dosage per pound is. It is the injectable kind. Thank you.

Go with the mg/kg recommmended on bottle - or estimate per below:

If possible, place 4"x4" gauze pad with a few drops of betadine & antibiotic ointment on it and wrap that to foot with vet wrap (not too tight). Keep turk on soft/clean bedding/ change dressing every two days (if you can soak foot in water with a tablespoon of dissolved Epsom salts - can draw a little (depends of turk's sitting still for such).

Best of luck, this is tough to treat in less heavy varieties.
