People complain about roosters being loud....!!

My 5 barred rock hens cluck and do the egg song all morning long!! Sometimes two egg song at the same time, it's chaos!! We have two roosters, they each crow maybe once a morning and that's it....it's the hens that are so noisy! I love it, and we live in the country so I'm not worried about anyone being bothered by it, but I can't believe how loud they are! It's crazy egg production time from about 9am - 12pm......then the afternoons are quiet, lol.

I have 22 laying hens right, 4 cockerels, and 5 pullets. My hens are pretty much quite, I guess I have taken this peace and quite for granted!

I love it when the roosters are crowing and the hens are singing their egg song though, its pure melody
