Pepper Anyone?

Ok so I won this peppermill on a penny auction site. I figured we could use it, and I got it for only 2 cents!

Shoulda read the fine print...





This sucker is two feet tall! You should have seen my face when I opened the box.

It dominates our entire dining room and can almost touch our chandelier from the table!

We have lots of yummy fresh ground pepper now though... Pepper anyone!?

Those tall grinders always impress dinner guests. You grind pepper onto their meals for them - you can't use them whilst sitting at the table. You're lucky to have one - they can be expensive to buy.

On the other hand, it would make a great table lamp with a shade on it.

Yes! I absolutely love it. I just wasn't quite prepared for it's largeness. This one in particular is worth more than 100$. I got it for a total of 9 dollars with shipping.

NYBoy, a penny auction is a website where you buy "bid packages". Each bid is worth one penny, and you use the bids you bought to compete in auctions. I have won some really awesome stuff for mere pennies, but it definitely takes some skill. A lot of people put money into it, and then feel ripped off because they didn't win anything and lost that money. The site I won this on was quibids.com. It's pretty interesting.
