Perhaps a White Star?

I have a very sweet 3 1/2 month old pullet who I'm suspecting might be a White Star, based on what I've read. She's entirely white, has yellow feet, single comb, a very long tail, and is rather small compared to other breeds at that age. She hasn't laid an egg yet. She was also a little slower to mature (her comb is just turning pinkish-red). Is she a White Star or what other breed(s) might fit that?

Thanks for the help guys. She's about 4 months old now and is getting red. She's still significantly smaller than the others(mainly in weight), but an absolute darling. Her and her rooster(partially pictured) are the best of friends.
