Permethrin 10 mixing instructions

Hello All

Can someone help me out with the instructions to mix the Permethrin 10 to 1 Gallon of water either in ML or CC. I forgot to mark it on the bottle and I have a sick chicken and it has bugs again before it spreads to all the other ones.

I have stuff mixed from September. Is that safe to use still or should I mix fresh. It still smells strong and hasn't separated.

Permethrin settles out, so I would shake the container well. I would use what is already mixed. If you would rather mix new. According to this label, 1.28 ounces is the ratio to a gallon of water for poultry mites.
