Perosis in 13 week old chicken?

Hi all, I don't have a photo on hand, I can get one in the morning. But essentially one of my 13 week olds got trampled today by the others. I thought everything was fine until I saw it's right leg bend out. It's hip now turns to the right & the leg does not stand straight. From the research I've done it appears to be perosis. Although I know more common in younger chickens? I'm not sure what my bet is to rehab this chicken, and frankly I'm not too sure where to start. We had a chicken a few months back with a really badly broken foot that we inevitably had to cull.
I have separated the chicken into our hospital cage for now to at least ensure nothing further can happen, but I'd really appreciate some help on what to do next. The chicken does not appear to be in pain, I'm able to move the leg & foot all around. However there does appear to be bruising on the affected leg, potentially some swelling & as i said that right leg sits completely outward, even at rest.

I understand if there isn't advice to be given until a photo, I'll post one as soon as I have one, just trying to get my ducks in a row on what to do.

Can you post any pictures of the chicken? A video of her walking uploaded to YouTube with a link posted here could also be helpful. Perosis is an older term for various leg bone deformities caused by vitamin or mineral deficiency in the parents or during raising. However, this chicken may have suffered an injury, dislocation or a tendon injury. I would limit her activity in a dog crate with food and water. Can she stand and walk around? Is there any way you can see a farm vet?

Thank you for your reply. I got photos this morning. It appeared a bit worse, but she can still walk, she has trouble getting up from a down position but does manage. The leg just falls completely outward. She still reacts when you move it & the toes do still seem to move. She's been separated into a small cage since I discovered the issue. Still doesn't seem to be painful, I'm still able to massage & move that leg around
