Persimon recipes

Does anyone have resipes for persimons? My mom has a big tree in her yard and we have never done anything with them and I would like to try something this fall with them.

I can't tell you how to do it but years ago visiting my DH's grandmother in Oklahome, I was given persimon jelly. It was fantastic! His aunt had made it and she said it takes alot of work to get enough processed for jelly but ooooh was it worth it!

I have my Grandmothers recipe for persimmon pudding. Oh, it is mouth watering good. Oh, why did you have to ask for PERSIMMON recipes. Oh, where is that recipe. Oh, I'll be right........................................
