Petunia is sick and needs help!

She is a three year old red comet. Two weeks ago she started acting sickly. Her feathers puffed up until she looked like a ball and she moved around very little. She also had poop all over her behind that had the worst smell I've ever smelled in my life. When she eats if I move her food she pecks where it was. She also moves her head to the side and moves the food to the side instead of just scooping it up with her beak. I went to the local livestock/garden supply store for suggestions and meds. I purchased vet rx for poultry another med for energy and an antibiotic. I was also told to give her a scrambled egg. I gave her the meds for 10 days which was the max for the antibiotic. I thought she was getting better but today she refused to eat (even the scrambled egg she normally devours) and I never saw her drink. She just stood there or laid there all day and acted like she didn't want to be bothered. I started her back on the meds except the antibiotic because of the 10 day max precaution and I had just stopped it recently. I used a syringe to give her the meds and also to give her water for fear of her getting dehydrated. Someone please tell me what I can do to help my little girl.

Can you post a picture of poop and her? please it can be helpful.
Is she laying eggs? If not, when dis she lay egg the last time?
Is her abdomen swollen? does she stand in the "penguin position"?
Have you observed, when she ate, if her crop was emptying normally?
