pheasant Housing

I have three pheasant eggs in the bator. Do pheasants need a house like a chicken does or just a shelter for rain and sun? Anyone have pictures of houses or shelter to post?

What kind of pheasants Bosque? They tend to need a place to get out of the rain, wind and sun. Some ar emore sensitive to heat than others and some to below freezing temps. They don't need a house, but more or less a lean2. It can be as simple as a couple pieces of plywood, or it can be a whole structure.

What Day are you on with the pheasant eggs?
I have 6 ringneck eggs in the bator i have about a week and half to go.

I have 3 Ring Neck Pheasant eggs in the bator. They should hatch in a little over two weeks. They seem to be developing really good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

my friend has his amhersts in a dog kennel, not the 10 X 10, the longer, less wide ones, with some roosts in the back (fallen branches/bamboo) and a tin top over it and they do just fine
