Is it OK to bathe pheasants in the summer? How can i tame chicks?

As with any animal, handle them obsessively, feed them, get them used to you. Some types of pheasants tame down easier than others.

I may be mistaken, but I'm fairly confident that you should never, ever bathe your bird (unless you're touching them up for the show table). Healthy pheasants will take their own dust baths if you provide a bucket of pot ash/sand/dirt, and will look lovely all on their own. Feathers don't react well to water and you will end up with a miserable bird that will be chilled - especially this time of year.
 
Do Not Bathe Gamebirds

Keep Them In A Clean Dry Pen Of Appropriate Size And Like A Cat They Will Keep Themselves Clean

Giving a bird a dust bath is akin to helping a cat lick their fur clean. It's a task best left to the bird
