Pheasants and Chukar Eggs

In the spring I would like to attmept to hatch a few Pheasants and Chukars. Where would you recommend that I purchase the hatching eggs from? When would I want to place the order for the eggs? I am interested in small amounts of around 30 eggs each. I am in Central PA if that helps.

I received quail and chukar eggs from steelshot.
He had the best % for development of any quail eggs I have ever bought.
His were my first and only Chukar eggs.
