pheasants, partridge or neither?

right now i am leaning toward pigeon for meat raising but i'm open minded. so what are the virtues & vices of pheasants and partridge?

Personally we raise coturnix quail for meat. They're not as big as pheasants or partridge but are quick to grow out. 17-18 days to incubate and 6-8 weeks to butcher size.
