Phoenix Silkie cross

What color would this chick be called?? I’m thinking light blue but the black is throwing me off making me think splash? As far as I know only the mom(Mauve) is a blue carrier the dad is a BBR Phoenix. Any guess on pullet or cockerel?

To me it looks splash with red leakage. How old? Looks girly to me, depending on age.
