Photo share: recently hatched "backyard special" mixes

Successfully hatched 5 chicks! (The 5th one is another blonde and is still drying) Love the mixed traits. I've never seen a black beak before.

The chicks were from 2 batches of eggs. 33% hatch rate on first set and 75% on the second set (100% on viable eggs). Dry incubation worked very well for 2nd set.
