Thanx for all the info! So, sounds like selling them live, or taking to a local butcher would probably be the easiest! I only plan on making cheese for my family use for now. The soap I will sell at farmer's market, etc., but I know that isn't really an issue. I will really have to look into my local laws. YAY!

I just got a new goose, but I don't know what type she is, and I am looking for the ducks you mentioned! Do you know if they would do well in Florida? Thanx again!
