Phrases that you never thought would be common to you...

Ok, I'd like to hear from you about some of the obscure or bizzaar phrases that you can't believe is commonplace for you to say since you started raising chickens. I know I have weird things that I never thought I would say.....Here's one of mine I say often: "...the chickens were watching me sleep again... I think they are trying to figure things out.." I've said to my wife several times cuz yes, they can be little stalkers sometimes .

Haha- yes well they live in my bedroom right now. they are only 4 weeks old and will transition to the backyard this weekend. They roost on a desk next to my side of the bed. I wake up and my two little pullets are usually waiting for me to get up with necks outstretched and wild eyes looking at me sideways.
