(pic heavy) What breed are these 3 bantams?

They do not have a rosecomb. They have a small single comb.

Thank you. Didn't know that on the Leghorns. Couldn't find any good pics of a black banty Leghorn. Wouldn't the comb and ear development come with age for Minorcas? How old are these three?

I didn't even bother to ask because I was so excited to have new chickens. Silly I know. They make that sound that hens make when they are wanting to lay an egg. This makes me think they are about 5 months old. I've hd them for 24 hours and no eggs yet.
