Pic. of sore on both feet pad, any idea please

Just found these sore on the foot of my freerange hen
She had one on each foot same place.
It seams dry and not wet or infected.
I noticed them because she was lifting her foot and pecking at it .

What is this ?

That looks like bumblefoot and will need to be treated. Here is one of the many posts about it:

Looks like bumblefoot.

Its bumblefoot, a staff infection, and that plug will have to be removed. There are many threads on how to treat it here and one is by ruth with good pictures.

I have had the vet look at her and of course we are treating her for bumblefoot.
