I have a flock that are all almost 4 years old and no new additions to the group. I have 1 hen that appears to be the bottom of the pecking order but she will hide in the nesting box and will kit cone out. I have tried to bring her out but they go after her and she panics. When they are free ranging age keeps to herself and runs if they come near her. At night I have to physically put her in the coop. Any idea on what could cause this and what to do? She is healthy and will eat if I put the food by her

If they are running her off of the feed, she is getting weaker, thinner, frailer, more easy to intimidate. Set up multiple feed bowls - but place them so that if a bird is eating at one, they can't see a bird eating at another.

Personally, I don't like strife in my coop, and I would remove her. The bird might work well in another flock.
