Picking a breed?

I bought four chicks several months ago and two of them turned out to be roosters. Unfortunately I had to re home them. I am going to be getting two more chicks in a couple days and the feed store has light brahma's, white australorps, silver laced wyandotte's and red stars. The two pullets I have are red stars and I am happy with them but I am not sure if I want the same breed. What are your opinions on these breeds? I need chickens that are very friendly and good with kids.

I am able to obtain discarted production battery cage red stars and they are the most tame birds I have had... so it all depends how they are raised
