I was feeding my chicks from hand with some regular starter feed. And this one looks like the tip of her wing feathers are bent and getting pecked off.

Has anyone seen this before? Should I be worried or separate her from the rest?

I have 15 total, They are only a week old.
I do have a small roost and mirror in the brooder for entertainment.

I would just watch them closely. There are some parasites that can damage feathers, but that is unlikely to find on hatchery chicks (as I am assuming they are?). She is probably hitting them on something.

When you have a second, you could sit and watch the group and make sure none of the chicks are picking at each other. If they seem to be, they may be over crowded or not getting the right nutrients (but those are unlikely, too). New feathers come in, so I would just watch to make sure it doesn't get much worse or turn into a recurring problem.
