Pics of barn...now what for a coop?

Here are some pics of my barn.
I want to make a better coop for the chickies n ducks....but don't want to use the entire barn...(still praying for a horse, too!)
any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am newby and am not sure what I could do with my barn.....

Looks like your barn has lots of potential (and a good roof)!

I'm afraid I'm not of much help, but are those Magpie ducks? I have two magpie ducklings and I think they are so adorable! How old are yours?

Our ducks were yellow and black ducklings. They are about 8 weeks now. I did some research and think they are Ancona ducks. They are new for us too...but oh so much fun to watch....

the pool was one of my mother's day presents.....

I wanted to close in the front half of the barn with chicken wire. almost like a room for them inside the barn.
They would have about 15x 8 feet on the inside of the barn with one wall open to the outside. They will get to go out into the pen only when someone lets them out to watch them.
does that sound like it would be ok.
