I went old school with my coop, but I did put a roost bin in and the nest boxes are on the side for easy access. I also put pulleys up so I could open the doors from outside of the run.
The girls seem to like their new home.

It took a little while to figure out how to build them JO JO. The bottom is three seperate doors that fold down for easy clean up. I used a piano hinge for the top so I could open the whole top easily. When I download more pics I have some of them when I was first building them. I'll post them for you.

I just tried starting a thread last night about dropping boards/pits. I need to see pictures so I can get ideas what to do in my coop. Now that I see your picture, I am starting to see how it can be done. Thanks for all the great photos.
