I like how you roofed the sloped cover over the nest boxes, *and* used wood so that it would be protected and quiet for the hens...

In the back we used black plastic flats that bread come on. Completely removeable for washing and easier than chicken wire.

This is our first chicken coop. It has 12 nests in it. A ramp to go up and down and we still have to put in the roosts. And as soon as the rain stops and it dries up a bit we are going to put the fence up.
