Pigeon health

Is there any other feed Some fanciers only feed chicken layer pellets which does meet all the birds dietary requirements. besides pigeon feed (Pigeon feed is a high octane feed that is primarily used for those fanciers that race their birds competitively) that is good for pigeons? Thank you

Layer scratch and wild bird seed great separate or blended together. Straight layer for non performance or breeding birds can't be too rich in instances. I find half and half scratch and layer works for other types and breeders, where wild bird seed best for training and flying performance breeds.

Update. . my pigeon is doing great! He's healthy and happy I let him out to fly around. . But he won't go very far like two feet.. but he loves walking on the ground. . I have to watch him. . but recently I noticed that when light shines in one of his eyes, it's all white inside, but the other side is not.. could he be blind in one eye?
