Pilgrim or Embden Goslings

I stated out with some chickens, Guineans, ducks and turkeys this spring and feel I would like to progress into geese. It looks like I have missed the boat for acquiring this year, am I correct or just looking in the wrong places... I'm new to homesteading, have a five acre plot and would love some geese wandering about.

I looked at the websites of several of the hatcheries with whom I've dealt over the years....yeah...seems gosling time for 2016 is over. You might try your state thread...maybe someone locally has some baby geese??? Hope you find some. Best of luck to you!!!
