Pineaple?

is it ok to feed a flock pineaple? is it bad for them? thanks!

i read an article on here that said citrus fruits were bad for them, but ive always thought that the chickens know what they can and cannot eat.

As far as I know it is ok for them but you should check in with other people to make sure it is ok for them!

I don't think they are considered a citrus fruit, but they are hight in acid. thats why I was wondering.

Mine loved the pineapple that they got once. It had to be cut open for them to get started. They get leftover pieces from time to time.

I've not come across any info to say that pineapples are not ok. Only no raw potato peels and no citrus/onions
