Pink fleshy marking on ducks foot

Anyone have any idea it this is something to worry about? Noticed it today so can’t have been there long but is definitely new.

Likely a bruise/ or some sort of injury.

Keep an eye on it just to be sure, but it looks very insignificant therefore I'd leave it.
