Pipped at wrong end!

I have one egg on day 19 that has pipped at the wrong end and on the wrong side of the shell. Any advice and/or insights would be greatly appreciated! I am new to this forum and am not sure how to post a picture but will try! I hope I have posted a pic in the next post. It is hard to see the pip but on bottom of left side of egg.

I've had one pip on wrong end and one pip in the middle and both hatched okay. They can have problems but mine didn't.
