Thanks they have hatched just now but I still need help because it looks like one of them is bleeding

A small amount of blood is okay. Do you have a picture of where it's bleeding from?

@sourland is right; patience is needed! It's hard, I know!

Once one pips, they can take up to 24 hours to get out. They have to sleep and rest a lot in between pecking. It's always way better to let them get out themselves, as sometimes when we help, we can make matters worse.

A little blood remaining in the shell isn't unusual, but the chick shouldn't be bleeding. It sounds like it stopped now?

I'd leave them in there until they are fully dry and running around.
