pipped In air cell but unzipping wrong way

i have an egg on day 24 it pipped in the air cell about 36 hours ago and has started unzipping the wrong way do I need to help it? I can see it’s beak it’s loving and alive but not making progress

I would peel a tiny bit of shell off. If theres no veins then I'd extend the line of the zip and then leave it to hatch. I've just done similar for one on day 23.5. The shell was so thick and its a tiny bantam, so I think it just ran out of steam and couldnt quite finish the zip.
