pipped then died

ive had a great 2nd hatch 14 out of 20 yesterday day 22 this chick pipped but my humidity dropped overnight this morning it was dead

did an eggtopsy it wasnt shrink wrapped but looks like intestines on outside

what do you think, any ideas? why did it pip? heres a picture
