pips standing still!

this morning i started getting one or two pips. i went to work and got home and found that it was ten and then a new one hatched but some that started this morning were still the same. now i have twenty three of twenty eight that are piped but not hatched, it is day 19 so how long do they go before pips hatch out? humidity @ 70%. is this normal or could they be dead, if so why? how long does it take from pip to hatch? by the way my one chick is dry and doing fine so far.

It can take up to 24 hours for a pipped egg to actually hatch.

thanks, for info and all have hatched but one so far!
