My 2 cents:

You really do have to provide bit more information here in order for folks to help. You have provided the general dimensions, but there are many different styles of coops that would fit the space.

Try poking around the site and looking at the coop designs section, the photos posted by members here in this section, as well as the similar section of the old ezboard. Once you find a coop style you wish to purchase we can try to help develop a materials list.

Or perhaps you will discover a store-bought coop that fits your space limitations. There are a number of such options such as www.henspa.com, www.coops4you.com and http://www.omlet.co.uk/homepage/homepage.php

And
you say you will have 2 birds, but want room for more, so think about how many more. The rule of thumb is that you should have around 4 square feet of floor space for each bird and 10 square feet of run space. BTW, I'm not sure that the idea of having the coop in one place and the run in another is a workable solution. My birds are 5 weeks old and are really beginning to have a mind of their own and trying to snatch them from our coops4u tractor and return them to their indoor box is getting to be a hoot. I can just imagine moving birds from coop to run each day as the squawk and flap and run away.

well im going to get them at a young age

the run will me sitting right infront of it well there will be enough room for me to get to the coop

I am confused, which isn't hard for me to be confused, but are you building a coop inside of a green house, if so you will not need a TRUE roof or predator protection unless preditors break into greenhouse. so just building a cage to keep birds in??????? Do i have this wrong??

I think this is the area next to the house where she is being allowed to place a coop, and that all the greenhouse stuff is being taken out.

It sounds like we need her to help us understand what style of coop she wants to build in that space, what budget she has available, wh will help her build the coop, and so on.
