Planing for the worst.........

Since I have 3 unsexed runners I am planing for the worst.... I hope to rehome the runners if they are drakes and start over again, but not everything works out for me.

What is the best way to do this........ I already have a pekin drake will they get alone?

How do I introduce these new ones with the "old" ones?


I need to build a bigger duck area.... Now...... you know how those babies grow!

I actually have a drake pen. I've had up to four at a time. They seem to get along fine (though occasionally will try to mate with each other). I haven't minded when I end up with drakes because they are fairly quiet compared to the ducks and they don't lay eggs (of which I have waaayyy to many - though I try to take extras to the local food bank).

And I know about needing to build new duck areas. I'm getting really addicted to ducks and it seems I'm always one run and one house short.
