planning for 3 hens in south florida

I would appreciate suggestions on a small, easy to clean coop. Also, what chickens do best in the heat of south Florida?
 
I see that you have been here a long time and may have read quite a few articles. If you are going to only have 3 chickens, then a prefab coop for about $200 should suit your needs. I know many peeps criticize them, but of course there are many that it works well for. As for heat tolerant chickens, there quite a few breeds. Easiest way to see which ones is to join your state thread and see what your neighboring chicken keepers are raising.
