So I was thinking of getting a small planter and placing like 3 or 4 kitty grass plants inside do you think the chickies would like that????

They would love that for all of the 5 minutes that it took them to eat and destroy the plantings.
We just took a chunck out of our yard for ours and they've already destroyed the stalks. Maybe the roots will take?
