Plants that keep chickens away.

Are there any plants that chickens avoid? We free range our chickens but have neighbors who live on the same property. They don't care for the chickens pooping on their porch. The obvious solution is some sort of fencing but I don't think the neighbors will go for it. Any suggestions?

If you want to know some plants that chickens don't eat then go to the learning center and they have a list.

If the purpose of the plants is to try to keep the chickens out of the neighbors yard and off their porch then I don't think your going to find a solution with the possible exception being berry brambles, probably not a reasonable idea either. The chickens will still wander the yard and porch and just avoid any plants they dislike. The easiest fix for the problem is a run for the chickens attached to their coop.
