Hi All,

I moved my eggs from the egg turner to the plain plastic mesh in my incubator two days ago. It's now day 20. 1. It's hard to position them to remain large side up, and two should I put a dishcloth or paper towels between the mesh and the eggs? Should I have put something under the egg to prop them up? Thanks in advance!

I use shelf liner, the spongy soft stuff. It is a cushion for the eggs and it helps with clean up. I believe I got a roll at the dollar store.

Lay them down. You can try to arrange them, but the first baby to hatch will flop around and play ping-pong with the others. Don't open the incubator, just let them rest and fluff up. The chirping and soccer play helps encourage the rest to emerge into the world!
