Hi my hen has started layin eggs about a month ago and i like to play with my hen is it alright to play with the hen.

Depends what she wants; let her tell you. Some will come up to people and like to be held or sit on shoulders or wherever; others stay afraid all their lives, and for them, being handled is stressful.
