So today I took my four ducklings out to our living room to play but for only 15 mins. My question is how often can I do that with them in a day? I don’t want to stress them out.

It's a great way to help them get used to you and also their surroundings. If weather is nice even a trip outside is good. I had my ducklings down on the floor a couple of times a day when we could sit with them and let them explore.
Just make sure anything that is on the floor can't be picked up and swallowed because just like toddlers everything goes into the mouth.

as much as possible, the more you play with them as ducklings the friendlier they'll be as adults. i also recommended letting new people hold them all the time so they aren't scared of strangers when they're older
