I have 6 live mandarins in the bator on day 25. So now, going into lockdown, do I increase humidity and drop temp? Or do I wait until external pip, and this article states?

Second, if tour them in lockdown, how will I be able to candle to see when they've internally pipped? I'm so concerned because they hVe misshapen air cells.
Advice please?

They might know more in the Ornamental Fowl forum, but yes I would increase humidity and very slightly lower the temp for lockdown (that's what I do anyway) today since it's Day 25.

You don't really need to know when they internally pip, it's best to keep the incubator closed for lockdown. If you are super concerned due to the air cells (were these shipped eggs then?) you can maybe do a super quick candle tomorrow to see if they are internally pipped yet. Once the first one externally pips though, absolutely no opening of the incubator, ok? ;)

Good luck and keep us updated!
