please advise, dislocated leg

Our 8 week old chick has a dilocated leg, is there anything I can do for her?
 
I wish I had an answer. I have one who dislocated her leg at about 4 months and at 7 months, she just hobbles around our "ICU coop" where she is seperated from the others and a permenant resident of the ICU.
