It's day 22. These ARE shipped eggs, yes. I could see vigorous movement and blood vessel as well as large weird air sac. Is it too big? Should I up the humidity?

Personally I would, I run very high humidity on shipped eggs with tremulous aircells. I would think that the egg you posted would be lucky to hatch.
