Please, any idea on what sex are my muscovy ducks?

The little one is 5 weeks and the larger one 4 months,

The 5 week old is to young to tell yet. The 4 Month old, we would need to see a full picture of it's tail.
Muscovies don't have the typical 'drake' tail feather that curls.
At four months, you may be able to sex by voice. While both genders make the soft trilling sound, it's the males that mostly make the hissing sounds.
You could also check the vent for the presence (or lack of) of a penis.

I did not know that about the Muscovies drakes, thank you for pointing that out. I'm always learning here on the BYC :D
 
Thank you...been watching and listening to them. The big one isn't aggressive but assertive, though she/he hisses and raises the feathers on the back of its neck/head. The little one chirps, very cute!
 
The oldest one looks like a male to me, with the big caruncle on top of his beak. The feet are also quite large. If he also hisses, it's quite definitely a boy. The drakes only sound is hissing, both when they're happy and angry. The females continue to trill and chirrup, but can hiss when they're really scared. They both do the head feather raising thingie.
