Hi could any one tell me the sex of this chicken its about 9 week old and breed if possible thank you x

He is some sort of weird mix I believe never seen one before and if say roo

Most likely a Wyandotte cross or mix, and sorry it's a boy. Too much comb and wattles at that age to be a girl.

will have to find him a new home as my chickens free range in my back garden

Cannot have a rooster where you are? He would protect your girls

No sadly im in a built up area and would upset the neighbors, I have 2 dogs that do a good job at looking after the girls as the back of the garden is woods, they have free range with dog flap into house (thankfully chickens have not learnt to use it yet )
