So whatever this looks like to you is probably what it is. I found her like this it isn't bothering her but I think that that is her intestine hanging there was poop stuck in the edge of the hole ( half in half out) but we removed it. Any advice or info of anny kind is needed and would be MUCH appreciated

Sorry to hear about your hen. Looks like a prolapse to me. Separate her from the flock, they might start pecking at it.

It's a vent prolapse.
Start her on Calcium ASAP.

Keep her separated out so others don't pick at the tissue. Keep the tissue covered with ointment, oil or honey so it doesn't dry out and turn necrotic.

We have done a lot to try and save the problem but there is still something hanging out back there what is that its like dark purple-ish red and what is it

It's part of the prolapse.
Keep the tissue covered with ointment/oil so it doesn't dry out. It can take days to weeks for a prolapse to heal depending on the severity.
Continue with the Calcium and Care Instructions
