All babies were fine last night. I checked in this morning, and found her like this. No idea what happened. Maybe she was trampled?? It just keeps turning outward. I feel terrible, I don't know what to do to help her.

It looks more like a leg bone deformity (varus or valgus deformity, twisted tibia) or a slipped tendon. There is nothing than can be done for a bone deformity, and slipped tendons have a poor success with treatment especially when more than a few days old. Many of these chicks have to be put down if they cannot get around well enough to eat, drink, and survive on their own. You can try some treatments for a slipped tendon, just in case you can help her. Here is some reading about deformities with pictures, and more on slipped tendons:

I'm so sorry! That looks more like a twisted tibia or slipped tendon to me. @casportpony or @aart, can either of you help?

How could it just deform so quickly? It's so strange. Thank you for the info.
