Please Help 6 month old hen not eating or drinking lethargic

Yesterday I noticed one of my Buff Orphingtons looking a mess on the front like she threw up, & her comb flopped over. She was lethargic standing around acting weak & closing her eyes. She kept opening her mouth like she was trying to cough up something, but nothing coming up. Looked down her throat didn't see anything, her crop seems normal. Not eating or drinking anything on her own. Gave her water & a little milk through a dropper to keep her hydrated & nourished. She pooped once yesterday since I separated her & last night both were dark green & runny.

os think it might be Clostridium perfringens. Poop has a strange smell ...almost sweet. Assistance appreciated.

I live just outside of New Orleans in the suburbs. Went to 2 local feed stores. Evidently neither carry much for sick poultry. All I found was Wazine, Corid, & Tetracycline Hydrochloride. I was hoping to talk to someone who might know something, offer advice. I told the lady there I thought my hen has an infection possibly Clostridium perfringens and needed an antibiotic asked her what she suggested. She said yes, & acted as if she knew just what I was talking about. She picked up a bottle or Corid and told me to "use this". I told her I already have that, and that it was for parasites not an antibiotic. That's when she showed me the Tetracycline Hydrochloride. I'm thankful that I've been able to research on this site to learn. She's looking slightly better today. I think she was badly dehydrated. Still not drinking on her own or eating. Hoping after getting the antibiotic in her system I'll see improvement tomorrow. The other 5 seem fine no signs of illness at all.

Following protocol for egg bound hen & feeding with syringe (yogurt, baby food, milk, electrolytes, & water). Seemed improved today. She's had 2 baths this evening. I added a few drops of lavender oil, because I've had great success using it for myself & my dogs. She seemed to relax, & enjoyed it. After drying her off she kinda farted & let out a poop that still wasn't normal, but looked like an improvement. She shook her tail feathers & began grooming herself. She even showed slight interest in food. Haven't seen those behaviors since Tuesday. She has a long way to go, but who knows, she's a tough little cookie.
